About The CEO
Alexis Alexander
The owner of OTF Contracting is a Veteran professional with over 15 years of experience in military aviation, industrial maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and construction. With a Secret Security Clearance and a proven history supporting high-risk federal and commercial operations, he brings disciplined leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety on every job.
His career includes maintaining UH-60, C-12, AH-64, CH-47, CH-53, and F-18 aircraft; operating and repairing heavy machinery; and performing complex mechanical, structural, and facility support work. Known for reliability, attention to detail, and mission-focused performance, he leads OTF Contracting with the same discipline and work ethic developed throughout his military and industry career.
